Click a thumbnail that you like, and you will get the large version of it. You can right-click (cntl-click on Mac) that large image and select "Use as Desktop Wallpaper" (or whatever the equivalent would be for Windows)

Current Moon

A simple rule of thumb is to start new endeavors when the moon is waxing (not waning) and it's good if it's half full or more. Waxing is a plus, and being more than half full is a plus. Dark Moons are not good times for new endeavors.

This is the current moon phase at my website location (San Diego, CA). It's the same everywhere except in the southern hemisphere it looks opposite.
